Joe Kapushion is an award-winning mechanical engineer and industrial designer with over 24 years of product design experience. With a passion for both the art and technology of design, Joe has been an innovator in the industry having received eleven U.S. patents, two European patents and multiple industry awards. Beginning with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technology, Joe spent his first 11 years developing products within consumer brand companies gaining valuable insight and know-how. Today, with over two decades of experience in design, engineering, and business management, Joe has a proven track record helping clients compete, innovate, reduce costs and improve sales.

Joe transforms concepts into functional, feasible and manufacturable designs that are ready for production. With industry leading software (SolidWorks & Pro/ENGINEER) and advanced analysis tools, Joe is able to create and confirm all data and documentation needed for prototyping and production.

Joe is experienced using onsite and outside resources to build, test and analyze designs whether through finite element analysis, shock and vibration, thermal modeling, mold flow and more. This can be done for proof-of-concept, verification testing, safety agency requirements and more.
